Atlanta (March 25, 2010) - The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View unveils its new spring menu featuring Chef Christian Messier's seasonally inspired selections. Come in and enjoy lunch or dinner this spring with fabulous views, 72 stories above the city.

New lunch items include Spiced Tomato & Shrimp Broth; Caesar B.L.T and Warm She Crab Fondue to start. The Lunch Trio includes a choice of a sandwich, soup, and side item. And favorites such as the Mushroom, Bacon, and Blue Cheese Crusted Burger; a Cranberry, Pecan Chicken Salad Wrap; Chicken Pappardelle Pasta; and Charbroiled New York Strip round out the entrees.

The dinner menu features starters such as Carpaccio Three Ways; Mushroom, Pine Nut and Spinach Ravioli; and Scallops Oscar. Chef Messier also offers a selection of soups and salads like Yellow Squash Bisque or a Baby Spring Vegetable Salad. Entrées feature Roasted Lamb Chops; Vidalia Stuffed Ashley Farms Chicken Breast; and Tempura Battered Lobster Tails

The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View is Atlanta's only tri-level dining complex featuring a revolving upscale restaurant, a rotating cocktail lounge and an observatory View Level offering a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the magnificent Atlanta skyline. An Atlanta tradition, thousands of locals and tourists board the scenic glass elevators each year to climb the hotel's 73 stories to The Sun Dial for its unbeatable views, classic cuisine, live jazz and relaxing ambiance.

Dinner is served nightly from 6 - 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 6 - 11 p.m. on Friday and from 5:30 - 11 p.m. on Saturday. The Bar is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. until closing, on Saturday from 2 p.m. until closing and on Sunday from 2 - 11:30 p.m. Live jazz is provided by the Mose Davis Trio every Wednesday and Thursday from 7 - 11 p.m. The observatory View Level is open daily from 10 a.m. until closing.
