EXPERIENCE FRESH FALL FLAVORS AT SUN DIAL RESTAURANT, BAR & VIEW
Atlanta (October 20, 2010) — Executive Chef Christian Messier brings fall flavors alive on the Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View's new fall menu. Enjoy the best 360-degree view of the city while savoring these seasonal dishes during brunch, lunch or dinner.
Select lunch menu items include the ultimate comfort food – Duo of Grilled Four Cheese and Roasted Tomato Soup featuring Tillamook cheddar, jack, havarti and cacique cheeses, sliced tomato on grilled sourdough along with a bowl of tomato soup with roasted croutons; a seasonal Vegetable Panini including roasted portobello, grilled zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, fried tofu, basil pesto and havarti cheese; and Chicken Buccatini Pasta with roasted chicken breast, chorizo, oven dried tomato, baby spinach and parmesan cream.
The new dinner menu offers Sweet Potato Bisque consisting of chorizo and roasted shallot cranberry puree as well as Fried West Coast Oysters made with blue cornmeal served with black-eyed pea salad topped with jalapeno dressing to start. Lamb Cassoulet featuring a lamb half rack, lamb stew, white beans, duck confit and bread crumbs - as well as Tofu Mignon cooked with marinated and grilled tofu, quinoa, flax seed, edamame, wild mushroom with a mushroom demi-glace served over dried tomato.
The Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View is Atlanta's only tri-level dining complex featuring a revolving upscale restaurant, a rotating cocktail lounge and an observatory View Level offering a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the magnificent Atlanta skyline. Dinner is served nightly from 6 – 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 6 – 11 p.m. on Friday and from 5:30 – 11 p.m. on Saturday. The Bar is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. until closing, on Saturday from 2 p.m. until closing and on Sunday from 2 – 11:30 p.m. Live jazz is provided by the Mose Davis Trio every Wednesday and Thursday from 7 – 11 p.m. The observatory View Level is open daily from 10 a.m. until closing.
